This policy explains how Gba'Aôndo U Tiv ("we") collects and uses personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Learning records: courses you enrol in, lessons completed and quiz results.
- Payment records: amount, date, status and Paystack reference. Card and bank details are handled by Paystack and are never stored by us.
- Messages you send through our contact form.
Why we use it
To run your account and classes, confirm payments, issue certificates, contact you about your course and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Paystack (to process payments) and our hosting and email providers, only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and payment records for as long as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can edit your details at any time from your account.
